M.D./M.B.A. Program
Medical students have the opportunity to receive an M.B.A. degree from the Mays Business School in conjunction with the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine's M.D. degree. Medical students interested in the program are considered after successful completion of year 2.
The cooperative degree program adds an additional year of coursework to the traditional four-year College of Medicine plan, requiring a full year of M.B.A. studies after the second or third year of medical school. Candidates for the combined degree are also obliged to complete a 10-12 week health-related business project during the fourth year of study.
For more information about the M.D./M.B.A. program, please contact the Associate Dean for Admissions at 979-845-7743 or email admissions@medicine.tamhsc.edu.
