The Johnson group occupies a contiguous 6-room, 3,151 sq. ft. laboratory complex that contains two hoods and the usual utilities. One room includes a 180 sq. ft. walk-in cold room and a 109 sq. ft. dark room for photocrosslinking and photosensitive preparations. A spectroscopy lab houses the four spectrofluorimeters and two lasers.

Library

The medical library is located adjacent to the Reynolds Building. We subscribe to several journals (Annual Review of Biochemistry, Annual Review of Cell and Developmental Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysical Journal, Cell, EMBO Journal, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Journal of Cell Biology, Molecular Biology of the Cell, Molecular Cell, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA, Science, Traffic, Trends in Biochemical Sciences, and Trends in Cell Biology). Hence, electronic access to these journals is available, while access to other journals is available through the library.
