The Bryan-College Station campus serves as the headquarters of the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine.

Administrative offices and some classes are held at the Bryan campus at 8447 Highway 47, while the gross anatomy lab and other classes are held at the Joe H. Reynolds Medical Building on the Texas A&M University west campus in College Station.

Students spend their first two years with basic science faculty and participate in a weekly preceptorship program during the second year.

Clinical training in the third and fourth years takes place at the College's clinical affiliates: the College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency in Bryan, the College Station Medical Center, Scott & White Clinic College Station and the St. Joseph Regional Health Center, among others.
