The Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine has campuses in Bryan/College Station, Houston, Round Rock and Temple. Students also complete clinical clerkships in Corpus Christi and Killeen.

The college is affiliated with several excellent healthcare organizations, including: the Brazos Family Medicine Residency in Bryan, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System in Temple, College Station Medical Center in College Station, Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood in Killeen, Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Scott & White Hospital and Clinic in Temple, Scott & White Clinic in College Station and St. Joseph Health System in Bryan. The college also has residency affiliation agreements with CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi.
