Student performance on the entire Fourth Year required Curriculum will be graded on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis.  Fifty percent (50%) of the electives must comply with the Recommended Rotation Schedule for your career goal.  No more than 20 weeks of the fourth year may be spent off campus.  Variances with these requirements need approval of the Temple Curriculum Subcommittee.

Students will be asked to evaluate each elective upon completion using the Fourth Year Elective Evaluation Form.  Completion of an evaluation form is necessary to receive academic credit for that Elective.  Students enrolled in a Student Initiated Elective off-campus should have the Clinical Evaluation Form completed by an Administrator of the host institution or program.

Review Request

Students may request review of prior summary evaluations for specific electives.  Individual evaluations by students may not be reviewed.
