To promote our faculty, students and organization both locally and nationally, the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine Communications Coordinator provides press releases and media advisories, serves as the point of contact for all media inquiries, and publicizes internal and external activities through print and electronic media (brochures, newsletters, etc.).

* Advance notice of on-site interviews is necessary.
* We must accompany all film crews and photographers while on campus.
* The Communications Coordinator will confirm interviewees' academic and clinical titles.

 

For Faculty, Staff and Students

* For brochures, press releases, advisories or any such communication, please complete the Publication/Communication Project Request Form and either email to the College of Medicine Communications Coordinator or fax to (979) 862-4990.  Currently this form is not fillable online, but we're working on that.

Until the College of Medicine Communications Coordinator position is filled, for brochures, press releases, artwork, promotional items, etc., please contact Texas A&M Health Science Center Marketing & Communications at (979) 845-1934.

* To submit news items for consideration for the monthly E-News, Maroon Medicine newsletter or other publication, please use the online News Submission Form.  We recommend that you email photos for such news items to the College of Medicine Communications Coordinator.
