Research Interests

In August 2009, I retired from Neuroscience and Experimental Therapeutics.  My main responsibilities were in the administrative, service and teaching arenas. I was the Interim Department Head and Director for the Medical Neuroscience course. One of my primary duties was to ensure that all the medical student courses offered by the Department of Human Anatomy and Medical Neurobiology were current and relevant, and presented in a way that provided our medical students with a sound foundation of knowledge in preparation for their clinical training.
